Go to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > Add Limit
humans are not built to look at screens all day!
besides straining our eyes, social media can add internal pressures that bloat the ego and create heightened fear of COMPARISON
"comparison is the thief of joy"
3. take a walk
Moving the body, inhaling fresh air, surrounding ourselves with living creatures and plants, absorbing the sun and moon (THE THINGS THAT FEED FORESTS AND CONTROL THE OCEAN'S TIDES)......DUHH!
4. meditate/pray
You may or may not be religious....that doesn't matter.
sit down in a comfortable place (kneel, sit criss cross, etc)
place your hands together and center them to your heart
take a deep slow breath. The deepest, slowest breath you've ever taken
think of three things you are most grateful for
say thank you. Really...Truly....say thank you
think what life would be without them
take them away in your mind
notice how you feel without them
send your gratitude to them, send your protection, send your love
open your eyes and feel your strengthened connection. Even if just a little
do this 5 mins a day and watch life altering benefits blossom in your life
