REFUND POLICY 1. Refunds are 100% money back up to 30 days of the purchase date 2. Refund can be for any reason up to 30 days 3. To receive a refund, you have two options a. Sign in to your account, and under "My Subscriptions," choose "cancel subscription." b. Text or email a written note that you would like to cancel your purchase with Wide Awake Coaching. 3. If written notification of cancelation or canceling subscription is not done within the first 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund 4. After the 30 day period, you must pay all installments of the complete total you purchased. (e.g. - If you purchased a program for $7,600 that is broken into eight monthly installments of $950 - you MUST pay all eight installments on time) 6. Payments must be paid on time, including all installments, even if sessions are postponed or delayed (e.g. - you leave for a few months for summer vacation - you go for a semester of college) 5. Your credit may be affected if payments are not made on time SESSION POLICY 1. Session cancellation or rescheduling must be given at least a 24-hour notice from the start time of the scheduled session to receive a refund of the credit/session. 2. Results from WIDE AWAKE Coaching depend on your willingness to put in the time and effort into the process and cannot be guaranteed. This time and effort include communicating what is and is not working to your coach. (e.g - something being out of your comfort zone, something that is not personally working, certain adjustments that need to be made for your experience, etc.) RESULTS DISCLAIMER While Wide Awake Coaching provides guidance and support, our results depend on your commitment and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and lasting change requires active participation.
